1. Courier:
There is a flat fee on all orders shipped via courier of R95.
Our delivery lead time is mainly determined by two factors, order time (time of day) and the delivery address, so delivery times could vary from order to order.

Below is an estimated breakdown of delivery lead times based on where you live.

  • Cape town and surroundings 1-2 days
  • Main Centres (JHB, Pretoria, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, East London and George) 2-3 days
  • Other areas: 3-4 days

    • 2. Collect from the Rubix Box SA Warehouse
    When opting for the delivery option “Pick-Up” you will be able to collect from our warehouse, once you have received notification that your order is ready for collection.

    Undeliverable packages
    Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-delivery.

    Returns Policy

    Subject to receipt of payment, orders will be fulfilled and sent / be ready for collection, within 24 hours (depending on capacity) and delivery confirmed by way of e-mail.

    Every effort is made to effect delivery of the order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should delays be expected we will contact you via email and provide a revised delivery schedule.
