Orders outside of South Africa

Please send us an email with your proposed order and we will quote you accordingly. We use Fedex for shipments outside South Africa. Please note that you will be eligible to pay for import duties and VAT if applicable, once your order has been processed by your country's customs. 

 

    How to Get My Order
    We strive to make it as affordable and easy as possible to get your hands on our products.

    For those of you that live in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, you have the option of picking up your order directly from our warehouse. We are located in 5 High street, Rosenpark (see details further down). Pick up time is between 8am to 5pm. Please note that this is only a depot and we currently don't have a shop at this location.

    Alternatively have your order delivered directly to your door with a courier.

     

    When will I receive my order?
    Our delivery lead times are mainly determined by two factors, order time (time of day) and the delivery address, so delivery times could vary from order to order.

    Please note, we can only send out your order once your payment has been reflected in our bank account, so for urgent orders we ask you to make an immediate bank payment.

    If your order has been paid by 12:00 on weekdays, it will be sent out for delivery on the same day.

    Below is an estimated breakdown of delivery lead times based on where you live.
    Cape town and surroundings  1-2 days
    Main Centres (JHB, Pretoria, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, East London and George) 2-3 days
    Other areas: 3-4 days


    What will it cost?

    You can either pick it up from our warehouse or have it delivered to your door. There is a flat fee of R99 for all courier deliveries anywhere in South Africa.
